Junctions and interchanges also account for a large number of crashes. According to the Traffic Collision Fact Book, there were:
- 99 fatal collisions at four-way intersections
- 79 at T-intersections
A total of 651 fatal collisions occurred at non-junctions. In terms of injury crashes, non-junctions accounted for 21,588 collisions, followed by four-way intersections with 7,946, and T-intersections with 5,387.
