Caitlyn joined the firm in March 2017. She was the receptionist until January 2019. She is responsible for meeting new clients at our beach office, reviewing medical documentation, and preparing claim packages. Originally from Long Island, New York, she relocated to South Carolina so her husband could pursue his dream career as a state trooper.
Caitlyn graduated from Suffolk Community College with a Liberal Arts degree. She comes to us with 10 years of previous experience in the customer service industry.
In her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her husband, Hugh, and her daughter and son, Savanna and John, beach trips, plus shopping.
