You can apply online by clicking here and following the instructions. By applying online, you do not need to wait for an appointment, and you can apply from the convenience of any computer and save money by avoiding multiple trips to your local Social Security office. If you choose not to apply online, your local Social Security office will help you with the application process. You will need to call your local Social Security office and schedule an appointment to file your application for benefits. The Social Security office will take your application either in person, or by telephone, whichever is most convenient for you. If you have a dependent spouse or children, it will be necessary for you to fill out an application on their behalf as well. The Social Security office will then mail you forms to be completed prior to your appointment with them. These forms will require such information as the medications you are currently taking, the name of your doctor(s) and addresses as well those of your previous employers. If this material is provided to the Social Security office when your claim is made, it will help speed up the process.

- What Our Clients Say
I was injured at work and needed legal representation so I called Brian Yost with Jebaily Law Firm and I’m so glad I did. Brian was there for me every step of the way and always put my interest first. His staff, especially Monique, were all exceptional. I can’t thank them enough for their help. If you want a law firm that will fight for you, call Jebaily Law Firm!
Great firm. They are super helpful and responsive.
Bryant and Monique give excellent service I highly recommend them for your need if I need them again in the future I mostly definitely would give them a call
Rangeley and Michelle were meticulous, thorough, caring, concerned, and consistent with representation for my claim. They kept me updated from beginning to end and explained everything in a way that I could understand especially during my times of feeling overwhelmed. She got my case moving faster than I was able to do so (literally months ahead rather than waiting years). They always told me to call anytime but I didn’t because I assumed they were busy with other cases. Instead they would call me if I didn’t call them.
George Jebaily referred her to me and I am definitely grateful. I highly recommend Rangeley Bailey for representation and Michelle for making sure it all comes together. Love you guys.
